The Riverwalk
Sean and I had all day Saturday just to relax and do some sightseeing. So, after eatting at our weekend bagel place, we took off for the Riverwalk in downtown San Antonio.

Looks like a loverly day there yesterday. The walk is pretty, but I'm so thankful you put yourselves in the pictures! Someday, when we get to come down, maybe we can go there too.

I was waiting for the rest of the pictures to load when I wrote the first comment. Some of the trees don't have leaves yet. That surprised me. What kind has the big yellow flowers?
Is the restaurant the Saturday morning bagel place or where you had lunch?

There are restaurants all along the Riverwalk. I don't know which picture you are referring to, but we did not take pictures at any of the places we ate that day.
We don't know any of the names of the local trees and flowers. They're just pretty!
This is one of the places we plan on taking you and Dad when you visit. There is a boat tour and the Alamo is nearby too. We thought you would enjoy these things.

I'm so glad you have discovered the River Walk. We love to go there. The first time we went was when we lived in Houston and Kelli was still in High School, and that's the only time that we actually stayed in one of the hotels along the River Walk. That was about 25 years ago!
The part I like the best of all your pictures is that you two seem so happy together! What a blessing it is to see that!

Danielle, it was the very last picture, and Sean looks like he has a huge hamburger in his hand!
I'm sure we will want to go to the Riverwalk AND to the Alamo!!
Yes, Jackie, they are very happy together! I IS a blessing to see them in these pictures.
In the last picture we are at a Hear the Music Starbucks. They have computers set up where you can listen to and download music. They also sell CDs. Sean has headphones in his hands because he is getting ready to find and listen to some music on the computer.
