11th Anniversary
Because Sean will be starting his busy class schedule on June 2, we decided to celebrate our anniversary a week early. So, on Saturday evening, we went out to a Brazilian restaurant on Pennsylvania Ave in DC. It had an amazing salad bar, wonderful sides, great dessert and drinks. . .but the most exciting and spectacular part was the meat! They prepare different kinds of seasoned meats on an open flamed (gaucho style) and then servers come to your table and cut off a portion of whatever you choose. You can sample each and every kind of meat, or just stick with one or two of your favorites. It was definitely a special experience! And SO good! Fortunately, we had planned to do a little sight-seeing after, because we definitely needed to walk off some of the food in our bellies before the metro ride home. So, we walked along Pennsylvania Ave to check out the White House and then headed down The Mall for a romantic stroll at dusk. It was a great way to celebrate our 11th Anniversary.

Momma
Dani and Sean,
Happy Anniversary! I'm so glad you were able to celebrate before the school gets so crazy for you! Did you get a chance to go up to see the view of DC from the old Post Office tower in your picture? If not, it's worth a trip back there!! Happy Real Anniversary next Saturday.
Love,
Patti
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! I'm glad you got to celebrate early, too!
Today was our 50th anniversary, so it is actually a nice day for me to see you two celebrating your 11th anniversary. This first 11 years for you has passed incredibly fast, hasn't it! Just think: You are already 22% of 50 years! It goes very fast, Sean & Dani!
We love your pictures! Thanks for including us!
Love,
Uncle LD and Aunt Jackie
(I say "today" but it's past midnight; so we've already started our second 50 years.)
I love your anniversary pics! Tim has eaten at a Brazilian restaurant like that and he loved it. The food looks yummy! The kisses are sweet!
